They are superbly made and last forever

I got my first Daytonas (Voyager Goretex) in 1992, which I rode until 2008, when the switch guard came loose. At the time, I didn't know that this could be repaired. As a replacement, I got a pair of Touring Star GTXs, which made it all the way to India with me. They got new soles a few years ago, and now the shift guard has also come loose. Since yesterday, they have been on their way to Eggenfelden for repair. I've now bought another pair of VXR 16 Goretex, as I need something on my feet until the repair is finished... All the boots are superbly made and will last forever (I use the ones from 1992 for gardening, they haven't seen any maintenance since 2008 and are still waterproof today). The boots are also great for walking around in. So - unreserved recommendation, they really are worth every cent!

I just love these boots

I've been riding motorcycles for over 20 years now, starting with a 125cc bike and then switching to a Kawasaki GPZ 500s when I was 19. I soon realized that I needed better clothing and especially shoes. I tried on the Daytona Bandit xcr-gtx by chance at my trusted dealer and they felt fantastic. They were comfortable, looked great and were just right for me. I rode them very happily for a long time and smiled at everyone who told me that their feet hurt when they were on the road without a bike and stretched their legs. A few years passed and when I became a mother for the first time, I hung up my motorcycle clothing and put my boots to one side. I gave away and sold some of my motorcycle clothing after that, but I never wanted to give up my boots. After almost 10 years off the bike, the moment came and I had a bike again and my fingers were burning to ride again. My clothes were a bit tighter but I was fine to start with. I looked for my boots but unfortunately I couldn't find them. I thought I might have given them away after all. I bought a pair of half boots, but after just 2 weeks I realized how spoiled I was from before. I looked for new boots but nothing fitted or was comfortable or I didn't like the look. I had already made friends with the idea that I probably wouldn't be able to find boots that were within my budget. But then came the moment when my son came out of the cellar with a pair of strange boots, they were tarnished and he wanted to put them away. But I was really happy because they were my old Daytonas. I cleaned them, put some care on them and got them ready to go. And what can I say, it's the same feeling as before. They are absolutely comfortable, still waterproof and look timeless. I just love these boots.

Nothing else gets on my feet

My experiences range from extended vacations to Sardinia, Croatia, Italy, etc. ... in the heat as well as in the heaviest rain showers etc. ... always dry feet and no injuries to the feet in a rather violent accident. All with Daytona boots, of course!

Year-round driver, happy all round since 2007

2007, tour to South Tyrol, didn't want to spend so much money on boots, so I bought cheap ones. They were supposed to be waterproof. Unfortunately, that was a mistake. After the tour I immediately went to the dealer and bought the Daytonas (picture attached). I've been riding them since 2007 and am completely happy. They are also recommended in winter with 2 pairs of socks. I ride all year round. Today, after 3 hours of riding in the rain, I was shocked to find that my right sock was wet. As I can't order just one new boot, I immediately ordered a new pair. (no complaints, laugh, they have lasted well). I also cleaned them from time to time. Best boots

In my opinion, Daytona is the best boot for this hobby. Comfort, durability and protection are the top priorities and they also look great. Mine have now been in use for 21 years and have seen a lot of countries and are still wearable. They have had no maintenance. :) I would always buy a Daytona.

I have only driven Daytona shoes for years (AC4WD and Urban Master 2) and I had the best Daytona experiences in my almost 6 years as a Polo employee. In the beginning I sold the AC 4 WD very often until it was no longer offered in the program. The very positive and happy customer feedback always filled me with pride. I still advise my former regular customers on Daytona shoes today. I would be delighted if I could win this boot in size 41 to round off my Daytona portfolio. Happy Easter to you all. Customer service couldn't be better

One shoe repair "free of charge", shoes handed in to Louis Lübeck on vacation, quickly repaired at Daytona. Unfortunately, I was already back home in Sauerland, so Louis sent the shoes home to me free of charge. Customer service and customer loyalty couldn't be better. My new AC Classics GTX have just been delivered.

A quick run around the corner with Daytona

After a few Daytona Trans Open races, I was looking for a more relaxed shoe to go with my jeans and found the AC Classics GTX. A top boot that can also be used for a quick run around the corner!

Daytona only, and I have never regretted it

I have 2 pairs of Daytona boots. 1 pair of short-shaft boots that have accompanied me for many years, and 1 pair I had made for me by Daytona. I have never regretted wearing these boots. I'm now 73 years old and my Honda CBR 1000 RR SC29 doesn't want to retire yet. But I could make good use of the shorty, because they are the same ones I've had for years.

Changing bikes – Daytona stays

I've already covered almost 200,000 kilometres on my Daytona XCR. Switched from a BMW 1150 RT to a 1200GS ATV: My XCR is here to stay! I'm also standing safely over the "abyss"! Look for the Daytona XCR in the picture!

75.000 km

Since the 2017 season, i.e. for almost 75,000 km, the Journey GTX have been accompanying me through Germany and Central Europe.

I've only worn Daytona boots for more than 40 years

... and have always been very satisfied. Great fit, still waterproof even after 10 years of use and 60,000 km and you can even hike longer distances comfortably with them. Absolutely recommended.

Well on the road

I made it as far as Montenegro last year with the perforated Shorty summer boot.

80,000 km, 12 years, 1 boot

After more than 12 years and more than 80,000 km on my BMW (first R1200R, then R1200GS, now R1200GS Adventure) a zipper is hooked and the soles are down. But the boots as such are still in top condition and leak-proof. Nevertheless, I'm going to buy new ones, as I want to take advantage of the improved safety technology of the Daytona motorcycle boots.

Minus 15 to plus 40 degrees

My Daytona Touring Star GTX has been with me for 8 years now for almost 150,000 km all year round in temperatures between minus 15 and almost 40 degrees, snow, pouring rain, and is a real pleasure in the high Alps as well as when training on curves.

20 years - worth every cent

After I'd pretty much refurbished the protective pad for the gearshift on the left Trans Open GTX, I bought new ones today. Same type and fit like a glove right away. Then I quickly checked when I had bought the old ones and it really was almost exactly 20 years ago. I couldn't believe it at first, but the boots are otherwise still great and waterproof. Now my heart is bleeding a little. Maybe I'll keep riding them after all? Until they fall apart for good? 34 years

Dear Daytona Team, I still have my 1st Daytona shoes (Roadrunner) since 1990, so they are almost 34 years old. Had a motorcycle break of 15 years in the meantime. I've been riding my motorcycle again since 2019 and love wearing these Roadrunners. They are comfortable, light and you have the right feeling for shifting gears in these shoes. Yes, I also bought Daytona Road Star GTX in 2019 and wear them most of the time, because I also want to protect the Roadrunners and always want to keep them. Best regards Andreas

Already used and another 15 years

When I started riding motorcycles in 1989, I bought a used pair of Daytona motorcycle boots. They lasted another 15 years or so. In December 2022, I bought myself a pair of Travel Star GTX boots and bought them one size bigger so that I could wear two pairs of socks in winter. As a motorcycle test rider, I attach great importance to quality and the boots proved this again this year with over 45,000 km - including many kilometers in the rain. The photo was taken this year at the Elefantentreffen ... admittedly after a bit of beer consumption...

Daytona - also for Santas

Since I got the Daytona, I've been riding them almost every day, the other boots are on the shelf... Also recommended for Santa Claus in winter!

Great repair service

I recently sent my Daytona GTX in for repair because the gearshift cover was broken. The boots are already about 15 years old and at first I thought that the repair was no longer possible. As I had grown fond of the boots, I sent a repair request to DAYTONA and promptly received a reply with an offer. The boots came back repaired after just one week and I was amazed - they look like new. Many thanks to the DAYTONA-TEAM!!!!

Outstanding quality

Dear team! I've been riding a Daytona Evo Voltex GTX for 6 years now. With over 20,000km per season, that's quite a lot of kilometers. Since last year, my wife has also been riding Daytona boots because she has seen how satisfied I am with them. The quality of the boots is really outstanding. Good grip and dry feet

Rode the RDGA in September. It was a great experience and thanks to the Daytona GTX boots I always had a firm grip and dry feet.

Lasts almost forever!

In the meantime, however, the switch protection plate on my much-used Shortys has come off and gone. That's why it's a perfect opportunity for me to get my hands on this fine piece as part of the competition. That would ensure another 10 years, so here we go!

No, this is not a cheap copy from China. As I live near the Daytona factory in Eggenfelden, I popped into the factory outlet to buy my boots. An extremely friendly young lady advised me with the patience of a saint, I think there must have been more than 8 pairs that I was allowed to try on. Unfortunately, none of them were perfect for me. In the end, she went back to the warehouse and conjured up a prototype without the big logo - and they turned out to be perfect! Whether it's the summer heat, rain or now the first cold weather in the fall, I'm absolutely satisfied. Although the boots have a hard shell, they are more than just comfortable. They have now done 20,000 KM and look like new. I'm looking forward to the next 80,000 with my special footwear, from now on I'm an absolute Daytona fanboy. Best regards for touring, Stefan

With my wife in Patagonia. With our Daytonas, of course. My first Daytonas have over 200,000 km on the clock and are still ready for use after 10 years. Ok, I bought new Daytonas in 2023; but my Marathon boots are still in use. Maybe I'll have them refurbished by you again!

Good protection for thousands of kilometers

My Daytona GTX boots have accompanied me on thousands of kilometers. They have protected my feet from injury on three sensitive groundings. The soles will be replaced in the next few days so that I can continue my fun and happy ride in the spring.
