With the Daytona Trans Open GTX I am already for a good 10 years, 5 bikes and about 60,000km on the road. I very much appreciate the comfort, safety and quality of these boots. In an accident in 2020, the boots have protected my feet excellent. Thank you Daytona!

Old but gold

I have my daytonas since I ride my own motorcycle and shortly before I started my driver's license at 18 - so about 15 years. In my time as a student, my motorcycle has stood for a few years and thus also the boots. I had to clean them thoroughly after I fished them out of the shoe closet, but I'm still pretty excited about how good the quality is, because they were almost as good as new. In the meantime, the boots have already had to cope with a fall and yet they have lost little of their protection. Sure, material wears out and wear you can see the good pieces now properly. Over time, however, a body also changes: So my calves are now a lot stronger than at the time when I bought them. I think it's so great that you guys have a solution for this and that sets you apart from many other sellers. I will certainly continue to wear my daytona boots for as long as I can, because they are still comfortable - however, they no longer have the optimal fit for me today. Either way, I will stay with you as a customer, but who knows, maybe there will be some new boots this way soon. With best biker greetings, Kerstin

Since 1994

I made my motorcycle license together with my father in 1994, even though only I finished it. However, we fully equipped ourselves and both with these daytona boots. Mine were my daily companions. After using them excessively, I got my dad's after many years and still ride them regularly now, although the shift reinforcement became brittle. They are still pretty tight and comfortable, leather and rubber Top!

Servus to Eggenfelden, My first Daytona (Flash) should be over 25 years old, I still have it, the sole has become a bit hard, but otherwise everything is still good. There are still two pairs of Evo Sport, a Trans Open, a Bandit and a Road Star available. My foot I injured last year while enduro riding in an Alpinestars, I would have only worn a Daytona :-) There is simply nix better !!! + heartfelt condolences for the loss of the founder, please continue in his spirit ... Hi all, bought my Daytona Trans Open GTX boots in 1996 and still ride them today. The boot has accompanied me over 100,000 km on the bike. Absolutely top the shoe :-) Has always accompanied me safely, dry and warm on all my tours. Who has not yet been to Sardinia, should take a look. Countless curves await you there and the grip on the roads is unique. All time good trip, always enough air in the tires and always sit on top.

In 2015, at the age of 47, I took my open motorcycle license. For this I bought a complete protective equipment at Louis. The only boots that fit me properly were the DAYTONA ROAD STAR GTX. Since 2015, I have driven about 67,000 km on the motorcycle. The boots are to this day without significant signs of wear. I once drove on the highway in heavy rain, with about 3 cm of water on the road, it was as if someone was aiming a garden hose at the boots - absolutely waterproof. I have never had cold feet in the boots. I would recommend the purchase to anyone.

My current boots are already 10 years old. I maintain them regularly with Daytona products. The leather still looks quite good for the age, only the sole will not do it for long. Since is as good as no more profile on it. I drove the boot now in October in the rain and must say that I am thrilled. My feet were dry as dust. The boots I drove about 80,000km. For me, ONLY Daytona comes into question. This is really quality for me.

Comfortable even while walking

I wear Daytona boots AC4 for a few years and am very satisfied. With them you can still make hiking tours, very comfortable. Since I now drive a Piaggio scooter after 55 years of motorcycling, these short boots are ideal for a city stroll.

Only one blue toenail thanks to Daytona

Had a ride into the botany in 2015. Struck a rock with the front wheel, crash bar and right boot. Hit head and shoulder in meadow between rocks. Severe shoulder contusion suffered. Now to the boot: This was torn open above the big toe. One could see into it. I got with the good footwear only a blue toenail. Top footwear!!! Bought me one again!

Hello. I currently own 2 pairs of Daytona boots. The first pair, Touring Star GTX, was purchased in 2008 and is currently still in use. Whether on a Naked Bike, Supersport or Enduro. They are still comfortable, still leakproof and have only received a sole refurbishment over the years. The second pair of boots, the TransTourMan GTX, was purchased on the occasion of the new family member, the Honda Africa Twin, 2020. The perfect boot for traveling with an Enduro. Completely regardless of whether rain at 7 degrees in Tyrol or shortly thereafter sun at 32 degrees in Italy. The boots are dry, well air-conditioned and really comfortable. Proof see picture. Timmelsjoch while enjoying a proper espresso. For the future I hope to... oh, just leave the boots as they are! They are perfect!

Hello dear Daytona team, I have been riding motorcycles for more than 40 years now and have worn out so many motorcycle boots (Dainese, Vanucci, Held, Pharao, etc.). For about 8 years I wear the Daytona Road Star GTX (still the 1st pair) and drive a year so 13 - 15 Tkm in all weather conditions. The boot is the most comfortable I've ever had.
